Job Details:
This position performs a variety of moderately complex clerical duties in support of the plant operations at plant level including the production, warehousing, accounts payable and distribution functions.
Responsible for timely and accurate recordkeeping and reporting.
This position will serve as the initial contact for all persons entering the plant office.
Assists in the efficient running of the office by performing various clerical duties including processing of incoming mail, filing, and greeting and assisting visitors.
Secretarial support which includes data entry, record filing, reporting, and answering phone calls.
Timekeeper Task - Assist associates as needed to enter data into the Workday payroll system and monitors clock punches for accuracy and makes corrections as needed.
Performs Accounts Payable/Receivables functions to include processing invoices, maintain and reconcile accounts payable accounts, and customer debits and credits.
Maintain and generates inventory goods receipts, logs and reports.
Reviews and proofs calculations, compiles information and generates reports as requested.
Serves as a backup for the Dispatcher and Office Manager for critical functions such as dispatching and payroll.

The perfect person will have :
High school diploma required; degree preferred.
2-4 years' experience in an office environment.
Knowledge in freight cost controls, dispatching, LTL carriers, accounts payable and payroll Working knowledge of all facets of customer service purchasing, distribution, and financials and reconciliations (monthly accruals and journal entries) The ability to work extensive overtime as needed.
Must be able to effectively multi-task, problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent computer skills are required - Microsoft Office or Google Docs.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
