This is a hourly and commissioned position with HIGH EARNING POTENTIAL.
You must be able to run 100 MPH while juggling 20 different things, in your mind, at the same time.
If you don't have a fast pace multi-tasking mind please do not apply because you will be miserable in this position.

Customer Service duties Explaining benefits of buying from our company following EXACTLY what is defined by policy.

Coordinate vehicle purchasing with suppliers, constant phone and email communication with customers before and after order regarding order status, tracking of shipment, and follow up after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction Handle vehicle warranty claims Coordinating with technicians to always resolve vehicle customer issues Answer incoming calls, check voicemail messages, take phone orders Answer emails, messages from social media, and text messages responding to customers Resolve customer service issues, including any necessary coordination with technicians, shipping clerks, suppliers, follow up with customers until issue is resolved Interface with the production department on incoming vehicle shipment, production schedules and out bound vehicle shipments.
Work with vehicle delivery drivers to coordinate logistics in getting vehicles delivered to customer all over the USA and incoming shipments from suppliers.
Applicant must be detail-oriented, have good organization skills, have good common sense, must be a good listener and fast learner, able to listen and take direction well.
Ideal candidate will be able to quickly learn the products we sell, and although not required for this position, any technical knowledge is a plus.
Skills needed:
Must be able to get on customers wavelength, identify with customers, come across as their best friend after talking for a few minutes.
Applicant must know MS Word, spreadsheets and be proficient at Facebook and all other social media.
Must have significant work experience demonstrating the above Must be fast on your feet and be able to answer questions smoothly, confidently and in a trusting way Job Type:
